Some people think that you can never become fluent in a language unless you have spent time living or working in that country. Agree or disagree ?
It is often argued by some

that no one can become an expert user of any language

idea because people
have so many opportunities to speak a foreign language

and achieve confidence

When people
left their home country
and start living in a completely different nation. They must use their language
in order to communicate with other people
. At every step he has to deal with a foreign language
, at work, at home at stores and so on, that means a person has so many opportunities to talk in a specific language
that will obviously help one to achieve good command over the language

, when Indians migrated to western countries, they do not have very good English their accent is completely different but when they resided in these countries for more than one or two years their level of English is way too high. This
