Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you regarding my baggage lost at the Istanbul airport on the 25th of February, 2023. The airline delivers to my home in bad condition after the trip and will request you to provide money worth the loss. I landed early in the morning at the airport. My luggage did not arrive on the conveyor belt. I did some investigation with the airport team but they could only issue a complaint about it. The whole holiday went in vain because of
this
mishappening. I purchased clothes and toiletries there at a very high cost but I could not buy all the required items which I stored in the baggage so I could utilize them there. The received suitcases are in bad shape and many items have been stolen from them. So, I would like to reimburse the worth for the lost item and damaged luggage 500 US dollars.
