You recently ordered a small item online but when it arrived it was unusable. Write a letter to the company that sold you the item: give details about the order you made explain what was wrong with the item tell the company what you want them to do about it

Dear sir, I am writing
this
letter in regard to my recent purchase from a website called farfetched. As my younger brother is a big sneakerhead, I bought him a new pair of one from the website. To commence with , I saw a newly launched collection of your sneakers which really had a tremendous design. I ended up buying a bunky drip high ankle variant for him. Despite, what I saw on the webpage it had minor differences in colour tone.
Additionally
, because of the poor packaging it had creases all over it only on the left shoe.
Moreover
, as his birthday was nearby I still had not informed him about it,
thus
it would be awful because he was eagerly waiting for
this
pair.
Apart from
this
, I hope you can arrange an exchange of
this
product as soon as possible
elsewhere
a full refund of my purchase. Hope to hear from you soon. Yours sincerely, Vandan Patel.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
