What do you think are the two most important qualities of a leader?

As a leader, I envision myself combining the democratic
leadership
 style with the servant
leadership
 style. In the past, I have led a
team
 of over 10 highly skilled and confident
team
 members in IT services. Whenever there was a problem, I prioritized considering and incorporating their opinions and thoughts when making decisions, with the goal of reaching a compromise and finding a solution without dominating.
According to

leadership
 is particularly effective in situations where

 members have a high level of expertise and motivation. By leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of the

, democratic leaders can make better decisions and achieve better outcomes.
Furthermore

 both at work and in their personal lives. Functionally, I aim to facilitate the

's work by providing them with the necessary resources to make their work more efficient and convenient.

 includes supporting their participation in both domestic and international training programs to expand their knowledge in the IT field.
