Dear Mr Patel, I hope
this
letter finds you in radiant health.
This
letter regards to invite you to my new house. To embark with, I would like to brief you about a house I have recently purchased.
Firstly
, it is in the same area you use to live in with a dynamic view of a lake nearby, I had the wish to stay in
this
zone as I admire it when we were kids and visit your place more often.
Additionally
, people living nearby are
also
very generous and happy to help. Even though, they help me with moving and took care of the interiors when I was out for a trip.
Secondly
,
this
accommodation is spacious with four bedrooms and a dry balcony in each of my rooms.
Apart from
this
, I want you to join the housewarming party which is scheduled for the
last
Saturday of
this
month. Not only, you can attend it as the following day is a week off but it would
also
be a pleasure if you can help me with the arrangements as you have an off day on the
last
Saturday of every month. I hope to see you soon with no excuses. Best regards, Vandan Patel.
