The public opinion on the death penalty may never reach a consensus, as many believe that only the death of the murderers is the acceptable retribution, whereas others maintain that this form of punishment is in fact a judicial murder and such sanction should be replaced by a life sentence. Personally speaking, I share the viewpoint that death penalties need to be abolished but for different reasons.

Nowadays, a hybrid working environment has become a popular method of working in most organisations. But still, some business organisations are there. Expect their employees should report to the office daily basis and in some companies they are allowing their people to work virtually. In my opinion, working in an office is the best option to select and the following will emphasise my opinion as well as discuss both views.
