You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place ina local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter • say what the participants liked about the hotel •explain why they were unhappy about the food • suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in the future.
Dear Sir or Madam,
This
is to bring to your notice that a few office colleagues had complained about the quality
of food
served at lunch and dinner on 28th January meeting held at your hotel. Although
,everyone liked their stay in the hotel , were pleased with the quality
of the rooms and room services.
On the other hand
, they were unhappy with the food
quality
and menu which has been served at lunch and dinner. Some of them said that the quality
of the food
is not so great and the taste was very salty with a few vegetables. Spices were used extensively and the taste was too spicy . ,Moreover
dessert is too sweet and was exhausted and few of them had not eaten it.
Furthermore
, I would like to add a few suggestions that you can implement in near future to improve your food
quality
. Maintain a balance between the number of spices used in cooking vegetables. they should not taste too salty or spicy. Whereas
Always prepare dessert in sufficient quantity so that it doesn't get exhausted well before half of the guests have eaten it.
looking forward to a quick response from you ,
Yours Faithfully
