Some people think that having a set retirement age (e.g. 65 years) for everybody, regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree? Which types of workers do you think should benefit from early retirement? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In the era of a luxurious lifestyle,
everyone
hunts for a handsome salary,
however
, only a few
people
are lucky to get a six-figure package.
Moreover
, youngsters are not only looking for higher wages but one thing which caught
everyone
attraction is pension plans. Certainly,
people
think the fixed
retirement
age for
everyone
is unprofessional, it should be decided as per
everyone
's occupation.
To begin
with, I completely agree with the public who voted for early
retirement
benefits.
For instance
, not
everyone
has the opportunity of having their desk and working conditions as per the comforts.
However
, few streams need physical
work
such
as mining, construction workers, etc which need insurance
as well as
early
retirement
between the age of 45 to 55.
Furthermore
, I have personally seen
people
who
work
both physically and mentally
also
need healthcare because of excessive workloads they are getting mentally ill, which is affecting their physical health as well.
Nevertheless
, applying the law to receive an early-age pension might create appalling results.
For example
, what if
people
started to know about the jobs which provide earlier stage
retirement
? The government will face tremendous shortages in other fields. After reviewing the scenario, I would conclude, companies or the government should
work
on a law that can help
people
to create their
retirement
plans as per their needs. Every job stream has there own pros and cons and we can’t assume
that

for
this
, we need a proper

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
