You visited a hotel last week and left some items behind. Write a letter to the manager stating 1. Details of your stay 2. How important the items are to you 3. How you would want the items to the sent to you
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are well. I am writing
this
letter regarding my watch with I left at your hotel.
I stayed at the "Golden Hotel" from 01/02/2023 to 05/02/2023 and if I remember correctly it was room number 205 on the second floor. I believe, my item should be in the left drawer just next to the bed. It is a gold watch embellished with vivid diamonds around
, which means a lot to me. My mum gave it to me 3 years ago and I just cannot live without it. I am using it for personal and work purposes, so you probably can imagine how crucial it is for me.
If you would find my item, could you please send it by post with first class at the below address:
Flat 1 Knowles Wharf
39 St. Pancras Way
London.
Please let me know your bank details and I will cover all the necessary costs.
Look forward to hearing from you.
