The process diagram gives information on how noodles are produced.
Overall
, it is observed that instant noodles production involves eight steps, ranging from storage to labelling and sealing.
To begin
with, flour is transported from the storage slice with the aid of a truck to the centre where manufacturing takes place, at the site, using a mixer, flour is mixed with water to form a dough.
This
is rolled into sheets by a roller. The sheets undergo the fourth stage where it is converted into strips. The stripped dough is sent to the next stage , where a machine converts the strip into noodle discs. The hot discs are
further
transferred to be cooled and dried after which it is sent to be packaged into a cup. Vegetables and ingredients are placed into the cup
along with
the noodles. The
last
stage involves, sealing and labelling the cups , after which it is ready to be distributed and sold. In ,addition it is noticed that every step employs the help of a machine.
