On a recent holiday you lost a valuable item. Fortunately you have travel insurance to cover the costs of anything lost. write a letter to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter : describe the item you lost explain how you lost it tell the insurance company what woul you like them to do.
Dear Sir or Madam
My name is SABER Youcef, I have held my insurance with your company for nearly 5 years.
I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I lost an item on my last
travel when I reached back home last
night and while
I was unpacking my luggage I realized that my laptop is missing, it is a 15-inch black Lenovo with a silver logo on the back and the keyboard is worn with some of the letters missing and it was in a brown leather case.
I do not know how exactly I lost it; however
, I suspect that I left it in my hotel room because I started packing my belongings at the last
minute; therefore
, I must not have paid attention to it, I was in the Palace hotel, in the room M28.
I feel that I am entitled to make a claim for the value of my laptop, although
I have lost some valuable files, a refund would be sufficient. thus
I am expecting that you send me details on what I need to do in order to proceed.
As my issue is urgent, a quick response would be appreciated.
Yours faithfully
