Every country should have a free health service, even if this means that the latest medical treatments may not be available through the service because they are too expensive. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In contemporary society, all
people
have the right to receive good healthcare
services
. The issue of whether all
countries
should have free health
services
is widely discussed. I argue that all
countries
should give
this
welfare to the poor
people
only, not the rich. Those who advocate free health
services
believe that it is the
government
's obligation to ensure
people
's living standards, regardless of the richness of the
countries
or governments. Unfortunately, even in the most developed
countries
, there are still lots of
people
who can not afford their medical expenses. Their financial situations can not be improved within a short time, but they still have the right to survive.
As a result
, the authority should offer them free healthcare
services
.
Although
the newest ways of medical treatments can cost the authority a lot, I personally believe that almost all existing medical treatments can help patients.
This
suggests that the
government
, usually, does not need to pay for the latest medical operation technology.
On the other hand
,
while
it is ideal that each nation should have a free health service available to everyone,
this
is usually unrealistic. The budget of any
government
is limited.
This
is especially true for those governments of developing
countries
. Wealthy
people
should pay their own medical expenses so that they can enjoy better
services
.
Furthermore
, the
government
sometimes may need to purchase the latest medical treatment technology so that more complicated diseases can be treated and cured.
This
also
means that the disposable budget of the
government
will be
further
reduced if
this
purchase is made.
Overall
, from my perspective, the authorities of all nations should be fully responsible for poor
people
's healthcare
services
.
However
, rich
people
should pay for their medical
services
because of the fact that all governments have a limited amount of money.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:

  • for example
  • for instance
  • to illustrate this
  • to give a clear example
  • such as
  • namely
  • to illustrate
  • take, for example
