I am writing
this
letter to express my disappointment with the service. That you had provided by the public transport.
I had recently travelled from Madurai to Chennai on 22/04/2023 at 6.00 am I departed from Madurai during my travel. I felt that the Air conditioner is not working properly we had 6 hours journey on the bus
. All the passengers on the bus
fell terribly hot and were not able to breathe due to
the lack of ventilation in the Bus
.
Because of this
my blood pressure increased and suddenly I get fainted on the Add a comma

stopped at the other corner of the road. some fellow passengers call the ambulance. they had been admitted to the hospital. This
is the worst situation I had ever faced it.
I need to bring some suggestions to your attention for not happen in future. Can you ask your staff to check that all the functions are in condition and working before they start and also
keep regularLy inspections on this
