Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you that I would be needing accommodation arrangements at your hotel from the 24th till the 26th of June 2023. My name is Ponmile Alabi, I am the Marketing Manager, at UAC Foods. I would be visiting Paris next week for the annual marketing conference organised by Product Marketing Institute, in France.

This

year's conference is set to hold in Paris on the 25th and 26th of June 2023. I would like to enquire if you have single rooms on the set dates; as the price of the room sits perfectly within my budget. If it is I would kindly like to book the set dates, if not could you kindly suggest cheaper alternatives as I plan to spend $50 per night I would be arriving at CDG international airport at 10:40am, I would appreciate it if the airport shuttle would kindly pick me up as it is my first time in Paris and I do not have any arrangements to get to the hotel from the airport.
