Dear Sir/Madam, I am seeking an immediate step from you to resolve difficulties with the new laptop I purchased
last
month from your company. I use the gadget at my home-based job where I work directly online communicating with my clients who offer me diversified jobs to perform. As my job is freelance, day-to-day communication with them is really important. Unfortunately, the laptop has two problems 1) the sound system is not working 2) there are a few black spots on the screen which may increase gradually I am afraid. Because of the problem with the sound system, I am really facing difficulties communicating with clients as they talk to me every day to guide my task and provide me with new assignments. As they can not talk to me nowadays, I am getting fewer tasks which may affect reducing my daily income.
In addition
, the black spots are giving me discomfort
while
I am working as I can not see my input in those areas. As the laptop is new and has a valid warranty card available to me, I am entitled to ask it to be replaced or repaired. I am interested to talk to you need any
