There seems to be an increasing number of serious crimes committed each year. While some think the best way is to use death penalty as deterrent, many people believe that other measures will be needed. Discuss both sides.

It is seen that there is an Incline in the amount of crime rate per year. Few think that it is better to give the

others argue that alternate measures can be taken. The first group of

believe in taking an extreme approach when punishing criminals

others believe in adopting other techniques.

has proven to give a positive result among the prisoners. It can be seen that both sides have strong grounds in their view. I am more inclined towards agreeing with the latter party because I believe that giving a criminal a second chance would be considered great, as everyone deserves a second chance. Meanwhile, I do not completely disagree with the former as some

who have been convicted of grave crimes

as murder deserve the

death

penalty.
