While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers.
Further
career path has been widely discussed among many groups of people
. Some people
think that more people
should be qualified workers
that have to do vocational training. However
, others choose to study at universities. There are many reasons such
as mental health, not enough employees in companies, and risks that may happen while
working. In the following paragraphs, the reasons why I disagree will be proposed with examples.
To begin
with, being a qualified worker is not suitable for everyone. Many students have to give up on their desirable
career path because they are forced by their parents to do Replace the word
desired
jobs
such
as electricians because they think that their kids may receive high income due to
the small number of workers
in the markets. This
action may lead to mental illness in those students and they may have bad attitudes towards such
a job. Moreover
, if more people
decide to be qualified workers
, many companies may cause financial problems. To illustrate, companies do have not enough employees to do specific jobs
, such
as producers and reporters, so they have to hire foreigners, which causes them to spend a lot of money. In addition
, qualified workers
may have a high risk when they are working. For example
, there are some building sites that require construction workers
to work overtime. If they have to stay overnight doing their works
, mistakes may happen that may cause dangerous accidents.
In summary, the factors stated above pave the way for my conclusion. I believe that everyone should have opportunities to do Fix the agreement mistake
work
jobs
that they want to do even though the jobs
are not qualified workers
