I intend to implement my experience as a Master of
Education
in Australia to improve the digital learning curriculum in my current work as an educator. I believe in-depth knowledge, skills, and connection that I will gain will benefit me, my organization, and the institution that I cooperate with. I will do some practical ways:
First,
I would like to share my knowledge regarding curriculum development and digital technology with my colleagues. I will organize a series of discussions to attract their attention to
this
issue and teach them to construct an effective teaching method using digital technology.
Second,
for my middle-term way, I plan to join the local government in the
education
field in Surabaya to transfer my skills and knowledge and make tutoring communities for teachers to make creative teaching methods using technology in their own schools which will continue to expand to other cities in Indonesia. In the next stage of my career, as a graduate from Australia working with the Indonesian community, I would use the connection to create a collaborative partnership between the Indonesian Community and the Australian Institution related to the development of
education
to create an innovative project that benefits students in Mimika, Papua through online study about basic
education
in Joronep Tsinga Dormitory Tembaga Pura district and organizes teaching curriculum development.
