You have just read an article in a national newspaper which cleans the town centres in your country all look very similar to each other. You don't fully agree with this opinion. Write a letter to the editor of the newspaper. In your letter * say which points in the article you are agree with. * explain ways in which your town center is different from most other town centers. * offer to give a guided tour of your town to the writer of the article. Write not less than 150 words

Dear sir, I write with regard to the article you wrote about the
city
areas in my home
country
being very similar to one another.
However
, I do not completely agree with
this
opinion.
Nonetheless
, there are some views I still agree with one of which is that, there are major markets in all the
city
centres. I totally agree with
this
because every community need a commercial centre for shopping.
Therefore
, no matter how small a
city
is there is always a major market.
Furthermore
, the
city
I come from is quite different from every other
city
and I disagree that it is similar to others because it was formally the capital of the
country
so there are a lot of mixed ethnic groups in my
city
. My home
country
is beautiful with a lot of tourist activities. I will love to take you around my
city
to visit the beautiful tourist centres and recreational parks. his will help you write more articles about my
country
. I look forward to hearing from you first stop. yours faithfully, Jennie Broadhurst

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
