Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both these view and give your own opinion.

Nowadays

applying for a job in any organization, they request the required skill sets
along with
they are asking for
candidate
hobbies and other activities apart from
work

This
is quite a debatable topic of whether collecting the
candidate
's personal relevant information is useful or not. We will discuss
both
points and will give my own opinion.
While
knowing the personal interests of the
candidate
, the employers are able to utilise the
candidate
'scandidate's abilities effectively in their workplace.
Due to
this

both
employees and employers get benefits.
For instance
, In my organization, a fresher joined recently as an entry-level job,
while
during his college time, he participated in many activities like coordinating the cultures program and other kinds of college events.
This
interest opened the way for his career, as a project coordinator in our organization. Without knowing the interest and hobbies of the employees, the employer cannot use their talent.
On the other hand
, the sharing of personal information during the interview is not advisable in some instances. In some organizations,
while
knowing the married female
candidate
are not hired and they are assumed to be incapable, and not productive for
work
, as they are taking care of household
work
.
Due to
this
reason most of the female candidates who did not
work
get selected for jobs. In my opinion, sharing individual details like their interest and hobbies will helpfully for
both
employees and employers in many ways.
This
will give me more opportunities to explore
both
personally and career-wise.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
