Write a letter to accommodation officer regarding roommate issue

Dear Sir, I am writing

letter to complain about my roommate's uncooperative behaviour towards us. As I am living in

apartment for the

last

3 years.

However

, everything was going smoothly. Since she moved here, we all are suffering a lot. In fact, we tried to keep her very comfortable since she joined us. It's been more than a week since we are recognising her doing some stupid things. Yesterday, I saw her smoking behind the door of our room. I and another friend went outside for a group discussion. After a

while

, when we came back I noticed the smoke coming out of the place. We thought something wrong happened as it was looking like firing inside. But as we reached nearby the door, she threw the cigarette away.

Moreover

, the whole area has become an unbreathable place. It's very hard to reside in that room since we came to know our new mate is smoking.

Therefore

, I would highly appreciate it if you take certain actions to resolve

this

issue. Either warn her to stop smoking or moved her. I hope you will understand our situation and will take proper steps to address

this
