Most people believe that stricter punishments should be given for traffic offenses. To what extent do you agree?

Transportation is the most important factor in the world .Road transportation systems are the most valuable factors for humans .
This
 system we can divided manly two sections which is Privat and Public , anyhow both ways very important to our life.
However
 some drivers have handled their vehicles to violent rules and regulations and it is dangerous to others' lives ,which is roads using people and animals .I m totally agree with stricter punishments should be given for
traffic
 violations.
Firstly
 we can analyze data from
last
 year on how many peoples and animals died and serious injuries
due to
 an accident.Most accidents are caused to violation of driving rules and regulations,
For example
 as per Health organization reports most accidents occurred
due to
 high alcohol use and driving in vehicles .
This
 is more damage to lives and properties , and
also
 an unnecessary cost for the government to maintain health facilities in the country.
Although
this
 money can use for other essential services
such
 as education or child care. If peoples are in violation of rules and regulations occurred to high traffics on the roads ,
this
 wastes time for people and it affects any country's economy because workers more time wasting only on transportation.Another hand lot of
traffic
 caused air pollution because of more fuel consumption , which is
also
 an unnecessary cost I strongly believe that strict need for laws and punishments for violation of
traffic
 laws. ,
This
 punishment will reduce
traffic
 violations and penalty money can use for other maintenance of the country .
