Yes, i accept it. I wont to been leatn english specially in IELS. I'm still basic about IELTS, but I have a strong determination to get a high score, the reason is that I want to continue studying abroad. In my opinion, this approach / move will help create a nation of health conscious people. This, in turn, will reduce the burden on the government to contribute to the health sector. Instead, it can use those resources in areas like education and employment.
