Dear Sir, My name is Chidinma Elisha,I live at 167 Claret Street Worldbank Owerri, I write to you to inform you about the problem we are having with the garbage bin in our area.

, the trash bin is designed to collect quite a large number of rubbish through a hole at the top and after collection, it seals itself properly. The problem we are facing currently is that the lid is damaged thereby making it not to seal after dirt is poured into it and it
