Write a letter to the manager of the Lost and Found department of the railway regarding the luggage you accidentally left on the train. In your letter give the details of your train trip describe the luggage you left on the train say what actions you want him/her to take.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Keisha Thomas, writing
this
letter in regard to the baggage which I have left on the caravan to Amsterdam. I boarded my train in Paris at 17:00 on 26th May. The train number is W9923. I was allotted a seat in the A1 coach where I secured my hand baggage in the cabin. Unfortunately
while
getting down at the station in a hurry, I forgot the bag inside. As I was about to go and collect it the train has already left the place. The bag is red in colour which weighs around 7 kilograms and is approximately 115 centimetres. I can
also
give proof that the bag belongs to me by giving
this
specific information, a wallet of brown colour can be found inside the second zipper with two credit cards and cash of around 100 pounds. I request you to please send the luggage to Amsterdam, I would not be able to travel and fetch my items since all the cash and cards are present inside my wallet. I have
also
attached my address and phone number to send my luggage. In case of queries, you can reach out to me on my mobile. I hope you please respond to my request quickly. Yours Sincerely, Keisha Thomas.
