Dear Sir or Madam, I'm writing

 letter to make a really important reservation in which I would like to rent the restaurant for the whole evening. We are celebrating our company's achievement on the 16th of July and I would like to organise a memorable evening with my team.

I have heard of your amazing service in social media
as well as
 in local newspapers.
Secondly
, I would like to give you some details about the dinner. There will be about 50 employers and 3 VIPs. Some of them are vegans, so we would like you would take that into consideration. We

 would like to have different dishes including seafood and meat, and a variety of drinks. Please don't include any music during the whole time.
Finally

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
