Dear Mr Brown,
I am writing to convey my sincerest apologies about the noise from my house.
These days I have done renovation in my house because I have problems with the roof that leaks when it rains. So I had to hire professionals to repair it, and I did not expect that it would take more than one week and that they would cause that much noise using their tools.
I did not mean to cause you annoyance, and neither did I realize that the noise could be heard in your house.
To solve
this
problem, I am going to hire more professionals to finish the reconstruction as soon as possible and ,hopefully in 2 days, it will be finished. Until then
if I can do something to recompense you for this
issue let me know.
