of Seaville in the period between 1980 and 2010.
It can be clearly seen that there were such
huge changes in the village
. In general, the expansion can be seen mostly in the construction of new amenities and infrastructure on the eastern side
.
On the eastern side
, there were significant changes such
as the road dividing the village
into 2 areas being extended in various ways to connect with several new amenities along the river. In addition
to this
was the construction of a retirement village
as well as
a boat club by the river, near the boat club was the hotel which was transformed from the sand dunes and the restaurant next to it was converted from the tea room.
On the western side
, the woodland at the top was chopped down to make way for a golf course. Besides
that, the area which was a marsh was replaced by permanent houses, also
the holiday cottages which were originally located on the western side
of the village
were also
relocated to the southeastern side
