as the road dividing the

into 2 areas being extended in various ways to connect with several new amenities along the river.
In addition

was the construction of a retirement
village
as well as
a boat club by the river, near the boat club was the hotel which was transformed from the sand dunes and the restaurant next to it was converted from the tea room. On the western
side
, the woodland at the top was chopped down to make way for a golf course.
Besides
that, the area which was a marsh was replaced by permanent houses,

the holiday cottages which were originally located on the western
side
of the
village
were
also
relocated to the southeastern
side
