Write a letter to a friend. You have borrowed something from your friend and it got damaged. 1. Apologize for damaging the product 2. Explain what happened 3. Say how are you going to fix the issue
Dear Mahesh,
I hope you are doing well.
Last
month, I took your television to watch IPL cricket matches. Do you remember that?
Actually, that tv was broken. Smart tv was set up on the table properly and last
night my cat Nappi jumped on that, and it fell down. The display got cracks and it showed some lines.
My sincere apology for this
damage to your tv. I know how much money you spent on this
. But, unfortunately, the accident happened.
Immediately, I called the service centre and raised the complaint. Today morning, one service person came and check the screen. And he explained that it can be repaired. Need to order a new display, with his guidance ordered a new screen. hopefully, it will reach by next Monday, and the service executive will come and it fixes. I hope you will agree to the new replacement of the screen.
Your love
