You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase. write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from, In your email give details of the purchase describe the problem explain why you need a replacement urgently

✨ Do you want to improve your IELTS writing?
Dear Sir/ Madam I have recently bought some cloth from your online shop and after I received them I become aware that there are some inevitable problems that they have accompanied with your products and I am writing to you to enquire about the possibility of replacing them.
Hence
, there are a set of official clothes including a T-shirt and pair of trousers and a pair of shoes that I bought on September 2nd and my order number is 1235468.
Although
it seems that your products are made with appropriate and high-quality materials
as well as
their design
that is
absolutely attractive which can persuade customers to buy after I have tried to put on the trousers that I bought it made me realise that it sounds that a bit tight for me and I could not get
along with
that.
In addition
,
while
I tended to get a pair of shoes in black unfortunately your company sent me in white that I do not think so if it is completely suitable for an official ceremony.
Therefore
, as I mentioned before I have to participate in a very specific and formal celebration that will hold in the near future (September 4th) and it may lead to signing the most important agreement that I ever had. So, it would be much appreciated if you could let me know if I can replace inappropriate products as soon as possible by your support team. If you have any questions related to
this
please do not hesitate to contact me Yours faithfully Amir

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
