. There are some things that individuals can do to try and not have

it is important that parents give

healthy
food
. Parents can

be active and have a healthy life. Not just parents need to stop the

. Schools are

important and can show

a healthy lifestyle.
On the other hand

government
also
has a role for playing in stopping

government
needs to have sports and fitness facilities and

playgrounds for

. if there are places for games
then
more
children
will play sport.
