Firstly

, the cupboards in the changing rooms are extremely untidy with a lot of insects roaming around.

to that, all the hangers inside have been broken, and no one could find a better place to hang their clothes. How could anyone place their clothes on

smelly shelves?

Secondly

, I registered a few complaints to the management staff of the centre regarding

issue, and they assured me every time that the problem would be resolved in a few days. But when I visited yesterday, I experienced the same stingy smell coming out of the cupboards that made me sick.

, I would be immensely grateful to you if you look into

matter as soon as possible, and could arrange new cupboards
