resort with 3 meals and the bedroom was supposed to have two twin beds.
Also
, the duration of the holiday was for 7 days. I flew from Canada to Maldives on 1st June 2023 with my best friend. When we took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the concierge checked us into the room which had one single queen size bed. I and my friend were shocked,
therefore
, we went back to the help desk to confirm about two twin size beds, what was even more shocking was their response as they clearly said that our booking company never mentioned it to them and
that is
the only suite available. Somehow accommodating, we got refreshed and went to the restaurant for our complimentary dinner,
this
was so shameful experience for us as they told us it was not included in our reservation. I had to spend out of my budget on all the meals we had there for our stay. Clearly,
this
fraudulent activity occurred because of your management. I believe you should be paying us for the extra meals that we were never in the plan.
Moreover
, we should be reimbursed for our hotel reservation. Looking forward to hearing from you. Yours truly, Roma
