Question:All over the world, societies are facing a growing problem with obesity. This problem affects both children and adults. What are the reasons for this rise obesity? How could it be tackled?

Obesity is a growing concern in many countries, affecting both children and adults.
Although
its causes are complex, there are feasible solutions to address
this
problem. One root cause is a sedentary lifestyle, which leads to obesity and other health issues.
For instance
, people in the UK tend to rely on pre-prepared foods like hamburgers and pizzas
instead
of cooking at home. To combat
this
, the government can reduce the availability of pre-prepared foods and introduce legislation to promote healthier habits. Another factor is inactivity and laziness
due to
the use of modern technologies and transportation. Parents can encourage their children to walk to school or short distances
instead
of relying on hired transportation or protection. To address
this
issue, the government can impose taxes on fast food products and organize marathons related to walking. By implementing these solutions, we can reduce the prevalence of obesity and improve public health.
