You recently received a letter from a friend asking for advice whether to go to college or try to get a job. You think he/she should get a job Write a letter to this friend. In your letter •Say why he/she would not enjoy going college •Explain why getting a job is a good idea for him/her •Suggest the types of jobs that would be suitable for him/her
Dear MK,
I hope
this
letter finds you well, I am writing this
letter to let you know that I have received your letter and I think that you will be better off having a job rather than going to college.
Let me clarify the situation for you, getting a job will be a good opportunity to have experience and make enough money which will help you to meet your needs and also
you can save some of it. However
, going to school needs a lot of attention to pass the exams and I believe you would not like it at all as it requires you to sacrifice your free time to study. Getting a job will help you to enjoy your spare time because you might work during weekdays only.
There are many different types of work that would be a good match for you such
as a cashier, waitress or acustomer
service representative because you have good communication skills. please if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you,
Best regards
