, most countries experienced an upward trend between the period of 2000 and 2004. However
, some regions had a fluctuation in the following years, except the UK which showed consistent improvement across the years.
Initially

started in the same percentage around 25%, and both of them increased in 2004. Although
Italy only grow to 30%, France
significantly rose to over 35%. Female parliaments members in Belgium
sharply enhanced to over 30%, which was 17% in the next year. Germany remained stable from the beginning to the end period, began at 34% and reached 37% in the last
period.
In 2008, some countries figured out alteration tendencies. France
was seen declining to under 30%, and resurgent to 32% in 2012, likewise
