At ,first glance, renting houses was major in half of the given time period,
whereas
it experienced a downward trend.
Looking at the graph in detail, in the first year, the proportion of having a home was around 20 % which was equal to one-fourth of the ownership rate
. In 1939 and 1953, the renting accommodation per cent was exactly the same which was about 70%. In half of the given timeline, both accommodation type's rates were the same which was 50%.
