The following diagram depicts the process by which

production are made for building manufacture. Looking from an

overall

perspective, it is readily apparent that there are three main steps to

this

completely man-made process beginning with the initial machinery called the digger of the brick industry to the roller, followed by the preparation and processing of the material, and

finally

the production of building construction.

Firstly

, the various mud is dug with clay before it transports to the roller device which has a metal grid. Subsequent to

this

, they are gone through to the sand with water, and

then

a wire cutter cut off the

bricks

by size. The

bricks

are

then

maintained in drying over which uses for 24-48 hours to dry before melting in kilns twice between the 200-1300 Celsius temperature.

Next,

the melted

bricks

are gone to a cooling chamber, which reduces the gradus, between 48 hours and 72 hours.

Lastly

, before it's delivered to the building construction, the

bricks

are packaged.
