Some people believe that exams are an inappropriate way of measuring students’ performance and should be replaced by continuous assessment. Do you agree or disagree with this view?

Examinations
 are a prominent part of a school
curriculum
that is
 structured to monitor the performance of the
students

However
, some folks oppose
this
 anatomy of assessing the academic achievement of children.
Hence
, they insist that

examinations
 should be completely changed to the regular evaluation of the
students
. I highly disagree with
this
 notion, as the
examinations
 are a better way to monitor the
progress
, learning and development of the student's academic achievement.
To begin
 with, the
curriculum
 is set with a deep analysis by the provincial education department. These authorities plan the
examinations
 to evaluate their academic learning and development. Out of these,
examinations
 are considered to be academic records of the
students
.
However
, in some schools, the
examinations
 are held quarterly or monthly or annually. These
examinations
 help the
students
 to monitor their
progress
 that presently happening.
For instance
, minors are taken by schools as per some percentage to help
students
 to see how much learning they have grasped.
This
 way, they can analyze their
progress
, interests and subjects to work on to perform better next time.
Secondly

examinations
 have deep roots in our school
curriculum
 from ancient to the present time.
This
 arouses a question for the founders of
