are considered to be academic records of the

are held quarterly or monthly or annually. These

help the
students
to monitor their
progress
that presently happening.
For instance
, minors are taken by schools as per some percentage to help
students
to see how much learning they have grasped.

way, they can analyze their
progress
, interests and subjects to work on to perform better next time.

have deep roots in our school
curriculum
from ancient to the present time.
