, The forthcoming project will expand the city and transform it from an industrial town into a residential area supported by accommodations and serval public services. Currently, Norbition is located between the northern river and the southern freeway, and inside the town, many factories are scattered around the ring road and on either side of the eastern street. Apparently, whole factories will be demolished and replaced by housing and other facilities

while

the original roads will remain unchanged.

However

, the area around the roundabout will have shops and a hospital near the south corner and a new lane towards the northeast with houses along it.

, on the eastern street will be a park on the middle-top side and a school at its end. Apart from that, there will be a second roundabout on the highway and a bridge across the river leading to the other side, causing the farmland to move east.
