61.When you learn a foreign language, all four skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) are equally important. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Globalization has brought all countries in the world to a common platform, and it is essential for them to possess proficiency in various foreign languages.
This
requires that all types of skills, including listening, reading, speaking, and writing, are equally important when learning the
communication
medium of the destination country. I completely agree with the above statement, and I will provide supporting examples in
this
article.
Firstly
, it is crucial for individuals to comprehend the
language
used in the target country.
Furthermore
, we should
also
be equally fluent in various mediums to remove barriers to
communication
among people. In
this
manner, we can accomplish our goal of migrating to foreign lands. Developed nations
such
as Canada and Australia,
for example
, are screening aspiring immigrants using a test that assesses the
language
skills of candidates.
Additionally
, it makes living in the host country much easier on a personal level.
Secondly
, there are some disadvantages caused by
communication
gaps in specific areas of a native
language
. More precisely, coherence and cohesion are extremely important when communicating with others to explain the information being discussed.
Additionally
, a broad vocabulary, accurate spelling, and a dynamic grammatical range are required for effective business
communication
.
Finally
, expertise in reading comprehension and listening is just as important for passing any exam or competition with flying colours.
Otherwise
, if you want to succeed in life, you will face greater challenges. In India,
for example
, 17% of employees are unable to advance in their respective organizations
due to
English
language
barriers. All in all, it is absolutely essential to learn an international
language
with equal measures of speaking, listening, writing, and reading in order to occupy a more prominent place in a global career. I completely agree with the previous statement and the significance of imparting these skills to the younger generation.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
