is the interest in the subject and the main cost of

has to be paid by an individual.The minor reason for studying is to meet people. Most parts of the proportion are

be keen on the subject(40%) and to gain qualifications (38%)differing by 2%.The

adult

society who chose the cause - helpful for current type of employment represented 22% respectively.Both reasons :to improve prospects of promotion and enjoy learning and studying gave the same result - 20%.Only meeting people in studies of

adult

education showed 9%. By the survey, most part of the

course

should be shared by an individual - 40%. Employers have to pay 35 per cent of the cost of the total

course

, and taxpayers should share 25%.
