summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisions where relevant
The maps provide a comparison of the ground floor plan layout in a certain public library 20 years ago and how it looks at the present.
Overall
, there is some development in the bookshelves categories, modernization with computers, and changes in furniture design. In 2001, there were two rows of bookshelves on the left side of the library for self-help and history books.
In addition
to that, fiction materials located in the north, made the total of reading types into only three including the two that have been mentioned before. There was a long shelf for newspapers and periodicals next to the reading area which consisted of eight square desks.
However
,
this
shelf has transformed for Films and DVDs at the moment. Now compared to before, a lot more kinds of books can be found on the west side of the collection,
such
as History, Fiction, Self-help, Kitchen, Economics, and Law. The empty space on the north side is reworked as an area focused on children.
Furthermore
, the tables have been altered into four longer counters to accommodate more people. There is
also
a significant upgrade in the facility with two new computers near the entrance.
