Write a letter to your local council to tell him that the road in front of your house is damaged. In your letter include a.Tell him your name and where you are living b.Describe the problem c. Tell him what you want him to do for you

Hello, I am Juwel Patil, a resident of Hinjewadi Pune,
Phase
3. I drive to and fro my work area every
day
via the main
road
of
Phase
3. Almost a 30 Kilometer drive a
day
full of
traffic
lights and
traffic
both ways
due to
densely populated IT sector companies. The very reason for writing
this
letter is to make you aware of the state of the main
road
I mentioned above. The stretch from
Phase
1 to
Phase
3 is full-on potholes and cracks. Some of the potholes are so large to accommodate a bike with both tyres! The cracks on the
road
are so large (I would call them Gaps even now), resulted in many two-wheeler accidents. The situation is becoming grave with increasing
traffic
of two and four-wheelers
day
by
day
as all offices are opening up post the COVID-19 situation. I would like to bring to your notice that you as the Authority for
Road
Transportation, please intervene and take immediate action on
this
Road
condition. Before the monsoon, if at least the major portions of repairs are done from
Phase
1 circle till
Phase
2 circle, we will be able to save many mishaps and even human lives. From
Phase
till the end of
Phase
3 can be done in phases as it's comparatively less damaged
due to
lighter
traffic
and lesser offices. I request your kind and immediate attention in
this
matter. Thanking you in anticipation. Regards, Juwel Patil
