The best way to solve environmental problems is to increase the price of fuel. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Some people think by increasing the cost of
fuel
will solve environmental issues. Everything has its own advantages and disadvantages and,
similarly
is the case with the increase in
fuel
price. A rise in the gas price might be the solution to the problem but that cannot
last
for too long.
For example
,
due to
Russia and Ukraine ,war there has already been inflation in prices and because of
this
in a lot of European countries individuals have started to use bicycles
instead
of cars. Businessmen and scientists have collaborated together to make vehicles which only need electricity to function. And they can be cheaper than any other car. People should be more conscious and well aware towards the environment, as the pollution we are causing is destroying the earth. If the
fuel
prices are increased
then
the cost of products that are delivered to us will
also
be rising. Individuals will not be able to afford basic amenities like fruits, vegetables and medications properly.
This
will disappoint the citizens of the country and,
due to
this
,disagreement citizens might protest or remove the government from

inflation and citizens really would start feeling helpless. Still developing nations have not been introduced to electrical vehicles, and even if provided they don’t have proper electricity facilities to charge electric cars. Solving
this
problem will definitely be not easy but a combined society can do a lot of things and can get answers to their questions. There is end number of cons of
fuel
but we cannot deny the pros of the gas.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
