Some people say that rich countries should assist poor countries by sharing their wealth. Others say that it is the responsibility of the governments of poor countries to take care of their own people. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. These days, the gap between rich
countries
 and poor
countries
 is becoming greater than ever.
Due to
this
 social situation, there are conflicting views on whether rich
countries
 should
support
 poor
countries
 by sharing their wealth or whether it's up to the government to take care of their citizens. Both sides have advantages and disadvantages. But personally, I do agree that rich
countries
 should provide
support
 to poor
countries
. First of all, we should take a look at the side opposed to rich
countries
' help. Actually,
it is clear that
 the poorness of the country doesn't come from other rich
countries
. Now we are not in an era
such
 as the 19th century when conquering and taking away resources and people was natural. Most of the
countries
 have their own rights,
also
 their economic rights. In short, it is not the responsibility of other
countries
 anymore.
Moreover
, it is the government who knows the reason for the scarcity of money.
For example
, maybe the abuse of power can be the main cause of poverty. Usually, it is not surprising to see some political issues in these
countries
. In
this
 case, helping them with money will never solve the fundamental problem. It is not even a resolution, it just makes the government delay finding the solution and makes the citizens do a coup, which makes the situation even worse.
However
, in the long run, supportive relationships between
countries
 can help each other. Usually, developed
countries
 are rich enough to
support
 developing
countries
, which are still suffering from the poor. If developed
countries
support
 them with money and technology, they can provide human & natural resources
instead
. Citizens from poor
countries
 who are educated with the assistance of developed
countries
 will become a great human resource, assisting both
countries
. In conclusion, I believe that the interaction between
countries
 will bring various positive impacts and lead to a new global trend. The international network made by
this
 relationship will eventually make international business involving many
countries
, which will actually bring us international wealth.
