Dear Sir, My name is Frank, I live in the rented apartment at 26 Josely Close. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the furniture provided. I moved to the 6th floor, flat A on the 25th of October 2022 and ever since there has just been one complaint or the other. The living room chairs are ripping open, I think it is a result of the wear and tear from the usage. I can tell that it was recently refurbished.
However
, it was not done properly.
Also
, one of the dining chairs has a broken leg that needs to be fixed urgently. Would you kindly replace the furniture in the living room? Because fixing the materials on the chairs will ne be a good idea as it was already refurbished.
Furthermore
, the dining chair can be fixed as the carpenter may only need to fix the leg back to the chair. Thank you for your consideration. Yours faithfully Frank
