Dear Sir or Madam, I'm writing in regard to poor hygiene issues I encountered during my recent trip on June 20th to watch the latest Batman movie. In past, I have always enjoyed my time at your cinema but

, I observed leftover food from previous customers still in their seats when the movie started.

, When I contacted the staff for the same, they refused to help.

, Toilets in the common areas were filthy and hand soap was not provided. I request you take prompt action as it affects the health and safety of individuals coming to watch and enjoy a movie with friends and families. I will recommend inspecting all the seats before each show to ensure no leftover food and plastic bags are left and sanitization requirements at bathrooms are satisfying. Learning a non-native language is crucial.
