Dear Sir, I am writing to draw your attention to an event that took place at terminal #9 which is under your observation. I was supposed to board a plane with number XYZ109 on 10th June at 7 P.M. from Mumbai to Dubai to attend a business meeting. Everything was perfectly fine until I entered the door and started walking towards the check-in counter queue. Unfortunately, I almost fell down there, and my right ankle got twisted because of the slippery surface. It seemed that it was spilt water and did not get cleaned by the airport worker. I am grateful that a fellow passenger who was just behind me gave me support, and I got my balance back.
