When choosing a job,the salary is the most important consideration.do you agree or disagree.

In
this
concurrent world,
salary
is an evitable topic . Every individual needs a handsome
salary
to run a successful life
while
selecting a job,the wages are the first priority of a
person
. I totally disagree with the given notion and will discuss the viewpoints of disagreement in forthcoming paragraphs
along with
relevant examples and a logical conclusion. Apparently, there are many things which a
person
has to look after
while
joining a job and one of them is the
environment
of the working place.To expound,if a
person
does not have a good
environment
around them
then
they do not work properly and with concentration which leads to a burden of work on them .To vindicate,a survey was conducted by the time news from a customer care company in which it was recorded that 20% of the workers are leaving their jobs because of bad
environment
.
Moreover
, timing and distance are
also
important
instead
of
salary
.To elaborate,if a company gives good pay but the timing and distance of the workplace are more
then
sometimes it is difficult for some workers in bad weather who travel by public transport.
For instance
,if a
person
lives 30 kilometres away from his working place
then
it takes 40to45 minutes to visit their office by public vehicle and which is
also
a waste of time . Laconically,
although
salary
is the most consideration but other factors like friendly
environment
,time , distance and technology are
also
important for a
person
before selecting a job because if a
person
only gives importance to
salary
then
it causes problems
such
as stress and workload.
